Problems with roaming profiles since upgrading from VS.NET 2002 to 2003

Here on our campus, we upgraded from Visual Studio .NET 2002 to 2003. Since then we have been receiving numerous errors and are unable to open ASP.NET projects on machines other than the machine that the project was originally created on. This problem doesn't exist with version 2002, as it is still on a few machines. The problem is a result of the roaming profiles somehow, but we are unable to get a solution that corrects the problem.
I haven't heard about this issue before. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the .NET 1.1 Framework is not installed on those machines that are having the open problems. Since roaming profiles are involved, the only advice I have is to contact Microsoft.
