How would I dynamically load HTML controls from the SQL Server stored procedures?

I have a .NET ASP page that has several ASP.NET drop down boxes, radio buttons and list boxes (Web Forms). They are populated from SQL Server stored procedures. The goal is to have the user select all the information and then click on the "Submit" button to call a WebFOCUS report. Since these controls are not HTML based, the ASP.NET controls do not have a "name" attribute. So, none of the values from the .asp .net controls are passed to the WebFOCUS report. How would I dynamically load the HTML controls from the SQL Server stored procedures?
Loading WebForms DropDownList is simply a matter of data binding it with the dataset or data reader from the SP execution. As for WebFOCUS, never heard of it.
