How do I pass the querystring as the parameter to the .exe and access parameters in the .exe?

I have an ASP page (not aspx), which is a search criteria page. This page returns some links and a few values as output of the search criteria. Upon clicking the links, I want to call a smart client .exe by passing in the returned values. What I am doing is, when clicking the link, I am calling an .aspx page and passing the values as querystring to the aspx page, which in turn loads the exe. My problem is, how do I pass the querystring as the parameter to the exe? And, how do I access the parameters in the exe?
Please read these previous answers about server-side vs client-side EXE loading:

I believe that by "call a smart client .exe" you mean you want to open it in the client side, therefore, ASP.NET won't work for you. You have to resort to JavaScript.
