Before you go off converting a bunch of code, you'll want to make sure there's a good reason for doing so. If you're just moving forms-based applications from VB6 to VB.NET, you'll encounter much more hassle than necessary, and in many cases, it'll be faster to rewrite it. I'd recommend sticking with VB6 for your forms-based applications and doing new (from scratch) development in VB.NET.
