IT experience and skills can be your passport to overseas. More and more companies are hiring IT workers on an international basis. This week we gathered and evaluated sites designed for locating overseas work and supplying information that adventurous IT job seekers would find useful.

We used a variety of criteria when selecting these sites. These include: no fee to the job seeker, amount and timeliness of job listings, variety of geographical areas, ease of use, and links to other helpful resources. We started with a large number of relevant sites and gradually eliminated all but our top 10 choices below. Working overseas is not for every IT professional, but a quick review of the sites gives you some idea of the available possibilities.
