Description: Soyatec's eFace is a Java presentation framework that is compatible with Microsoft's XAML, or Extensible Application Markup Language. XAML is the core of rich UI development tools such as Windows Presentation Foundation for client applications and Silverlight for Web applications.

eFace uses a component-based infrastructure. This allows developers to turn their attention away from the constraints of APIs specific to the environment in which an application runs and, instead, toward the semantics of a component. The resulting XAML file can be shared by .NET and Java applications
