Where's the VB? This is the question a lot of people have been asking in recent years upon attending .NET developer conferences where Visual Basic code samples seemed few and far between. Microsoft has heard this complaint.
Microsoft's Team Foundation Server due in March
Team Foundation Server will see one more beta before its general release at the end of March, MS development head Soma Somasegar said at the first day of VSLive in San Francisco. The server is the core of Visual Studio 2005 Team System and will address the needs of the extended software development team.

Compuware DevPartner SecurityChecker 2.0 analyzes and repairs security problems in ASP.NET Web apps. It features integrity, compile-time and run-time analysis. The company unveiled the product on the trade show floor.
