I want to emulate the WinPopUp program found in Windows 98. I know how to use the netsend command from a command line, but I want to do this from VB.NET. Is there a .NET equivalent to netsend?

I wish there was in answer to your question (in an easy manner). I have seen various attempts at doing this, one attempt revolved around creating a batchjob that ran in the background of the application that did the netsend. I personally do not like this idea and so I'll probably look into this in greater detail later on -- till then, happy hunting.
