Problems installing ASP.NET Web controls

Problems installing ASP.NET Web controls

I'm trying to install the ASP.NET Web controls, but I'm not having much success. I run the install pack, but it will not create the Microsoft.Web.UI.WebControls.dll. All other files appear to install correctly EXCEPT for the DLL. HELP, please.

Where are you looking for it? If it doesn't appear in the References dialog, you can browse to the installation folder (by default c:Program FilesMicrosoft Internet Explorer WebControls) and select the assembly manually.
