You have a bad manufacturer copy of Visual Studio .NET, as a version of MSDN always comes with it. I'd contact Microsoft for a set of replacement CDs. Of course, I'm assuming you don't have a pirated version.

Pretty basic question: My copy of Visual Studio .NET did not come with the MSDN Help Library. Is there anywhere that I can download this product?
