How can I configure Visual Studio.NET 2002 to use the .NET Framework 1.1?
If you mean run Visual Studio.NET 2002 on a system with .NET Framework 1.1, this will work, however, you will not be able to build applications that target the .NET Framework 1.1 with Visual Studio .NET 2002.
