Getting error: 'Meta data file 'System.Net.dll' could not be found

I have installed Visual C# .NET compiler version 7.009466 and Microsoft .NET Framework version 1.0.3705. When I am compiling a program named DNSApp.cs with the following command, it gives a cs0006 error. The error statement is 'Meta data file 'System.Net.dll' could not be found. The compilation command is: csc /r:Syste.Net.dll /out: DNSApp.exe DNSApp.cs.
System.Net.dll does not exist. System.Net namespace lives in the System.dll assembly. Therefore, you should use: csc /r:System. dll /out: DNSApp.exe DNSApp.cs.
