Go to the IIS Manager, open the properties dialog for the Web application you want to configure, select the Directory Security tab, click Edit for the access and authentication section, and mark the checkbox that says "Integrated Windows Authentication."
There's some information on IIS/ASP.NET authentication options in the product documentation.
